One of Eddie's favorite childhood stories is of the ‘Three little pigs’ who each built a house of varying quality that was proof tested by the hungry wolf. He used to think why not just build the houses to last to begin with! This sums up his engineering ethos. Eddie takes his work seriously and is committed to his team, clients and family and wants people to feel valued and respected. That said he enjoys a good dad joke.
Renee Bayly - BE(Hons) - Intermediate Mechanical Engineer
A mechanical engineer with 5+ years of engineering experience, a professional member of Engineering NZ.
Renee enjoys having a variety of work that keeps things interesting and provides further learning. The variety of work includes HVAC designs for schools, lifting beams used by cranes on a transport ship, Fiberglass tanks and pipe supports. Who knows what our clients will want us to work on next?
A Work-life balance is important to Renee and that balance needs to include quality coffee!
Roland Szirka - BE(Hons)- CAD technician
A graduate engineer who is tech-savvy and is mastering using a variety of drawing programs. AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit.
Depending on the project we are working on Roland prepares basic CAD drawings, through to complex 3D models of mechanical equipment, lifting beams and tanks. He enjoys variety and is gaining experience in mechanical and building services design.
Roland enjoys gaming and tinkering with his small fleet of European cars.
Brian Wilks - BE(Mech) - CMEngNZ
A mechanical engineer with 30+ years of engineering experience, a chartered member of Engineering NZ (CMEngNZ). His specialty area is in tank design, hoppers and silos.
Brians is sought after by our clients for his expertise with tank designs and reviewing the design life of existing tanks. He is a master of creating detailed spreadsheets.
When Brian takes a break from his spreadsheets he can be found working on his son's farm or driving a tractor at a nearby kiwifruit orchard.
